  1. I joined a ladies’ gym 5 weeks ago and I go four times a week – I can truly say that I love my exercise sessions – It’s tons of hard work and I have a personal trainer who supports and encourages me. When I’m done exercising I feel invigorated, tired but satisfied. It releases all the stress from the day and the stiffness from sitting behind a desk all day. On the days that I don’t exercise I actually feel slightly miserable so I am going to do something active on the other three days too…. Exercise really does improve your life – ALL OVER!
